Objectives of the Train the Trainers Summit:

Empower Educators and Parents: Equip teachers, parents, and guardians with innovative strategies to nurture confident, resilient, and leadership-driven children, preparing them for success in a rapidly evolving world.
Future-Proof Leadership: Provide actionable insights on how parents and educators can guide Generation Alpha (children born from 2010 onwards) and teens through critical developmental stages, instilling the values, vision, and skills needed to thrive as future leaders.
Foster Collaboration: Unite key stakeholders—teachers, parents, guardians, and school owners—to form a strong network of change-makers who work collectively to raise the next generation of visionary leaders and problem-solvers.
Shape Values and Purpose: Address key societal challenges and ensure that children are equipped with a strong moral foundation, helping them navigate pressures such as social influence, materialism, and destructive trends.
Inspire and Ignite Passion: Through thought-provoking sessions and workshops, participants will be ignited with an unstoppable passion and a shared commitment to raising the next generation of leaders who will reshape Nigeria and the world.

Augusta’s vision for the Train the Trainers Summit is to create a unified movement that will empower all stakeholders to take proactive steps in guiding children towards their divine purpose, while also fostering a culture of collaboration and shared responsibility. Through this summit, she aims to spark a national transformation in how we approach children’s upbringing and leadership development.
