At The Duke’s Infant & Child Foundation (TDIC Foundation), we believe that the future of every nation is being shaped by how well it nurtures its children today.

We are a child-focused nonprofit organization committed to protecting, empowering, and preparing children to thrive in an increasingly complex and fast-changing world. Our work extends beyond meeting immediate needs; we are building the systems, support structures, and informed communities required to raise a generation of resilient, responsible, and future-ready leaders.

Over the years, we have championed life-changing interventions that have touched thousands of children and families. From providing critical medical support and healthcare outreach to vulnerable children in underserved communities during the COVID-19 pandemic, to supporting orphaned and disadvantaged children through educational assistance, transportation support, and advocacy initiatives, our mission has remained constant: ensuring that no child is left behind.

Our flagship initiative, the Train The Trainers Summit (TTTS), has emerged as one of Nigeria’s leading child-development capacity-building platforms. Through TTTS, we equip parents, educators, caregivers, faith leaders, youth mentors, and community influencers with the knowledge and tools needed to effectively guide children in the realities of the 21st century. The initiative has directly reached over 14,000 adults across 17 states, creating an estimated indirect impact on more than one million children nationwide.

We recognize that many of today’s challenges facing children—including declining values, digital risks, mental health concerns, substance abuse, safeguarding gaps, and educational inequalities—cannot be solved by families alone. They require collective action. This is why we bring together communities, institutions, experts, and stakeholders to strengthen the ecosystem surrounding every child.

Our vision is bold: a future where every child, regardless of circumstance, has access to informed adults, safe environments, quality opportunities, and the support needed to discover their potential and lead meaningful lives.

Through advocacy, education, healthcare interventions, child protection initiatives, strategic partnerships, and community empowerment, we are not only transforming lives today—we are helping to raise the generation that will shape tomorrow.
